Shipping:
We prepare each item as per customer order and products individuality.
Thus, it take about 1-2 business days to ship the products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Your order will be sent out on average within 2 business days of ordering.
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Unfortunately, We are not be able to ship internationally at this time.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us via our “Contact Us” page, noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
Returns & Exchanges:
Please read carefully
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within one day after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via our “Contact Us” page as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
Reasons for Returns:
- Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within one day time via our “Contact Us” page.
